NOTE: The closer to midnight, and to the nighttime low tide you can perform this ritual, the better (whether during Samhain or at any other time of year). The low tide is all about revelations and clarity - illuminating what was hidden, and is the perfect time for conducting the divinatory arts - or bridging the realms of the seen and unseen.
