Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us! Please note the following: IN-PERSON READINGS: All in-person readings are held in store at 1 Derby Square, Suite 5 (2nd floor), Salem, MA. VIRTUAL READINGS: If you have scheduled a virtual reading, you will receive a Zoom link for the reading when you book If you experience technical difficulties when joining the meeting, please ensure that you call or text us right away (508) 319-1885. We cannot troubleshoot Zoom for you, but will work with you to reschedule if necessary. RUNNING LATE? Please call or text if you're going to be late for either your in-person or virtual reading - (508) 319-1885. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we will reschedule you. * RE-SCHEDULE: You may reschedule your reading no later than 24-hours prior to your originally scheduled reading time. * REFUNDS: - Bookings are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. You may transfer your booking to another person. Ensure that you notify us by email that someone will be attending in your place, and provide us their name and email address as a minimum, so that we know who to expect. - If The Sea Wych Salem cancels a reading or consultation, you WILL be refunded the full amount.
