NO-SHOWS / CANCELATIONS / RE-SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

• All online/virtual readings or consultations are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a link when you book your appointment.

• If you did not check the box for "Virtual Appointment" on the booking form, your appointment will be in-person.

• The Sea Wych Salem will wait for 15 minutes. If you are experiencing technical difficulties (for virtual appointments), or will be running late (for in-person appointments) call (508) 319-1885. If you have not joined the conference (virtual) or arrived at the shop (in-person) at the 10 minute mark and we have not received a phone call from you, you will be considered a no-show and the appointment will be canceled. NOTE: There are no refunds for no-shows.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact the shop 24-hours prior to your appointment time, Call (508) 319-1885 to reschedule. Last-minute requests to reschedule may be accompanied by a fee of up to half of the amount of the original appointment.

• If you cancel the appointment, or do not show up, we will not refund your session.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us to do so.

• If The Sea Wych Salem has to cancel your appointment, we will refund the full amount.

READINGS/CONSULTATIONS FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16

• Please call (508) 319-1885 to discuss setting up a reading for a child between the ages of 14 - 16.

• Children under the age of 14 will not be accommodated.

• Children ages 14 and 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
